Human After All was a group exhibition at Moosey Art, curated by Alex Smith, bringing together six artists across painting and sculpture to explore the complex relationship between the physical and psychological experience of the human body. At its core was the fragmented body rather than whole, traditional portraits; the work broke the human form down into cropped, distorted, blurred, dismembered, or bound fragments, oscillating between microscopic intimacy and telescopic abstraction until the body sometimes became something else entirely.
